Obituary for Elizabeth Michelle Mocco

Elizabeth (Liz) Mocco, 34, Algoma, died unexpectedly May 17, 2017 as a result of a car accident in Green Bay. She was born Feb. 25, 1983 in Chicago to Patrcia (Wheeler) Dyer. As a young lady she attended school in Chicago until the end of her Freshman year, then the family moved to Algoma where Liz finished out high school and graduated from Algoma in 2001.
She attended NWTC for a certificate in psychology. She then got her CNA degree and worked at Door County Memorial Hospital until she had to leave due to ill health. She was planning on going to cosmetology school this summer. Liz enjoyed the time she spent with family and friends and loved taking nature walks.
She married Aaron Mocco April 2, 2016 in Mishicot. They were fostering her niece, but she was treated just like a daughter.
Liz is survived by her husband Aaron, two daughters Mia and Faith, parents Burl (Patricia) Dyer, Algoma; one brother Robert (Christine) Tucker, two sisters Victoria (Racee) Regalado and Kim Dyer; her in-laws Steve (Mary) Mocco, nieces and nephews Zachary, Devan and Jarett Tucker, Alyissa Kowalski, Tiffani and Benjamin Regalado, Adrianna Dyer, Anthony Sobie and Morgen Mocco. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Merle (Florence) Wheeler, uncle Charles Wheeler and uncle-in-law Robert James Townsend.
Friends may gather at the SCHINDERLE FUNERAL HOME, Algoma, from 2 PM - 7 PM, Sunday May 21, 2017
There has been established a Go Fund Me account on Facebook under Aaron Mocco or Robert Tucker.
